Return and Refund Policy for Trustnbuy
1. Returns and Exchanges
At Trustnbuy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange subject to the following conditions:
-Damaged Products: If the product you receive is damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We may require you to provide photographic evidence or an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us promptly. We may request you to provide proof such as an unboxing video showing the discrepancy.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Time Frame
- Initiating Returns: You must initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Exchange: If you opt for an exchange and the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund.
-Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
